We are a team of honey-loving experts who work directly with local, family-owned beekeeping businesses to bring pure Hungarian acacia honey to our UK audience. Our deep ties with the region and personal connection with our suppliers mean that we can bring you the highest quality product at more affordable prices.

Who are we?

Honey is an everyday resource with a long-term impact, both for the lives of local beekeepers, and the well-being of the global community. We believe in the power of honey, and the bees that provide them, to sustain our ecosystem and nourish our bodies.

With connections spanning Hungary, Romania, and the UK, Eniko founded Bee HURO Honey in June 2021, working directly with trusted beekeepers in her home countries to make high-quality and natural acacia honey accessible to the UK market.

The largest acacia fields are found in Hungary, Transylvania, and West Romania, an area of Central Europe known for producing deliciously mild honey with a delicate flavour and clear appearance. We work with expert beekeepers to create sustainable and eco-friendly products that have authentic origins, producing a raw and unpasteurised honey that boosts the immune system and contributes to good health.

Acacia honey is a prestigious and valuable resource derived from the flowers of Robinia Pseuodoacacia, a pollinator tree loved by bees in the region. With the ability to retrieve more nectar out of a single acacia flower than from others, the bees produce a thick, pure, and light honey full of natural enzymes and antioxidants.

Our ambition is to bring premium honey directly from Hungarian, Transylvanian, and West Romanian beekeepers to the UK market, sharing their natural resources and knowledge with a new community of honey lovers.

Our Bee HURO Honey is currently available to UK businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C) in 42g, 250g, 340g, 500g glass jars, 7kg and 25 kg buckets, and 300kg barrels.
